Will never use this app again. I think they are called Last Minute because they cancel your holiday at the last minute! The first I knew was when PayPal messaged me. They eventually sent me a cancellation with no explanation. I know have to sort out cancelling my travel insurance, trips booked, etc with no time left to book another holiday. Very disappointed. *they responded to this review telling me to go their help if I want them to investigate the matter. Too little, too late, app removed.

Nearly missed my flight because of this app. What was meant to be a pdf boarding pass for the return flight was in fact a pdf for the outgoing flight. I didn't notice this unil I was turned away at security. I double, triple, and quadruple checked that I was clicking on the download for the return flight and I was. Only just made it back to the front desk to collect a proper boarding pass and got to the gate as the plane was boarding. I got lucky this time but could have easily missed my flight.

The customer service is non-existent. The ai you talk to doesn't prompt you to answer any responses. When you call the number provided it plays an automated message to use the chat service. So essentially, you have no-one to talk to and no ai bot to query. Very bad app and very bad service. *response* I am using the "Need Help" section and this is where your chat bot doesn't prompt any discussion, you just type with no response.

Shambolic customer service. Will never book with them again. The feedback in the app and on the website doesn't allow me to talk to an agent, only to a useless bot. You have no email address or telephone number for contact, only to take new bookings and rip off some more money.

App wont open 🙁 Previously it worked fine. Uninstalled and reinstalled - made no difference 🙁 Update 8th December 2023. Lastminute suggest that I am using an old version of the app - not true They then suggest that is should be reinstalled: if they'd even read the original review properly they would have seen that this has been tried. On the face of it the standard of their technical support is on a par with the quality of the app itself

Last minute app.. It's so tiresome and not that good. Their is a reason you called it last minute cause it just cancels trips at last minute of departure
