11/29/20 i have used it. Issues: batteries short life, and i want it to connect to Alexa or Google. So to announce when dry!! Is over priced i felt like i regret paying high cost for it. So needs connect to Amazon Alexa or Google!!

Wish they would fix the screen so you can login. It won't let you scroll down on google Pixle 2.

I've now been using this for a few months. It has potential, but needs a few upgrades. I'd love more options on the notifications. If I don't get notified the clothes are done, the dryer continues to run and using this thing isn't worth the cost of replacement batteries. If it could trigger Alexa to tell me verbally, that would be awesome. If a smart doorbell can alert you via Alexa, I don't know why this cant. Yes, I know I can ask Alexa what the status is, but I need this to be automatic. It would be nice if it kept a history. I understand that loads are not consistent and winter laundry is heavier and more bulkier than summer laundry, BUT it seems like we should be able to derive trends. I recently cleaned a huge build up of lint out of the exhaust pipe in my house and cut my dry time by HALF. If this app could analyze dry time over the next year and suggest when performance indicates it may be time to clean again, that would be awesome and save the user even more money. Hey, maybe even add a log for such maintenance. Finally, it would be nice if it could predict a time-till-dry once the load had been running long enough to start drying out. If it could then give me something like a 5 minute warning, that would be even better. At the very least, give Alexa the ability to return the current dryness value. That would be more useful than telling me the dryer has been running for 30 minutes. If It can tell me I'm at a dryness of 80 and experience tells me I need to hit 87, I know I'm pretty close. Also, what are these unspecified dryness units it uses anyway?

I've been using the app and the sensor for a couple of months now. I like the simplicity of the app and being able to check on the status of my laundry without having to go into the laundry room to check on it. I'd give it that fifth star once it has some history details and/or an API that I could tie into with my home automation.

App doesn't work on phone. (can't see all of permission screen, so can't say 'ok.'). No response to emails. Luckily I have a tablet that is large enough to get past permission screen. Hardware seems to work fine. Buttons referenced like 'start new load' don't appear in the Android version. ( at least not in mine.)

Very clunky. Should have invested more time developing the app and device.
