Wish I give them zero star..FAlSE ADVERTISING They said flexible lease term and no penalty with 30 day notice but they charged me $1500 if I stay less than 180 days. I got fooled even after I asked the question TWICE regarding penalty with early termination. Horrible customer experiences.. no contact prior to move-in and nobody showed up at the property. Always late responses to my inquiries.. no single point of contact. I talked to +10 different people every time. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!

Like most apps the main purpose is to collect your info. Showing or choosing apartments is a very distant afterthought.

What an absolutely horrendous experience from start to finish. Terrible check-in process, filthy apartment, questionable customer service, sketchy apartment complex (open drug use, porn being filmed on-site, cops constantly being called for fights, etc.) and the list goes on. It's a great concept in theory, but the execution is absolutely shameful. All-in-all, what a miserable 3 months but so glad to now be gone!!!

No please try another app. they run your credit and take your money. They don't help you they use you and take your money. The fastest thing about they service is they take your money.
