Disappointed 😞 was here before, booked the same category house. This time (due to the fixed holidays?) must pay more for a weekend than before for a whole week. The house is WAY FAR AWAY, tacky, kitchen and furniture ancient. I don't know why it's worse this time as I booked the same category! when I try to contact to change the house there's no way to communicate on the site, you must go all the way to reception which again is far away. My whole family is sad about this, why did we come??

Worst experience on an app ever. Fields dont work on my oneplus 1, even though it is just a regular form, no fancy bshit. Date field for birthday shows a datepicker view that only lets you go back 1 month at a time. Fields disappear constantly, i dont need this in my life

Are not able to login, even when reset my password. In the browser I am able to login.

login via weburl, app slow and crashing. weburl doesn't allow password manager to paste your password, so you have to write it down first. Come on, it 2021.

Beautifully designed app, but favourites are lost every day, so you have to reselect them every time. During our vacation, suddenly "no activities available" appeared while we carefully selected the kids activities for the following days. Without a paper flyer, we're clueless about what and when the activities are happening...

View all of your reservation's information in one place. Here you can see the booked accommodation, including everything that is present in your accommodation, which is very convenient! Simply use the app to add your remaining payment to your travel group. Using our simple booking overview, you can count down the days until your next stay.
