Sad but true this company doesn't know what it is doing. First it took two weeks instead of two days to deliver. Then the robot cannot find its base after two days and finally the app doesn't recognize the robot anymore. When you put on the mop the robot cannot move from the spot anymore. The people on the hotline were friendly enough but couldn't give any satisfying answers. Now we're hoping they will pay for the return and we can get a iRobot.
