Apps not user friendly, and what's worse, the location that we choose display results that's even on a different province. At least the app should provide feature to report agent who abuse the top searched location for their own marketing purpose.

Apps not user friendly, first the map used in apps were here instead of google maps, and it can't be accessed through google map which make it harder to check location. Talking about location, the filters sometimes misleading, I'm looking at properties at certain city/area but then the results show properties from another neighbor area that most of the time, are freaking miles and miles away.

I can not contact the agent. The apps requests to put phone number but it keeps saying the phone number format is not correct.

Unfortunately, it seems like the app plagued with technical issues. Indefinitely loading on a simple search. Sometimes downright crashing. I can't even get it to return a result.
