La aplicación tomó el pedido incorrecto. Al contactarme con asistencia al usuario no pudieron hacer nada. En otras palabras, que me coma lo que ellos me envíen en vez de lo que yo quiero pedir. Borrando la app. No la recomiendo The application input the wrong order. When I contacted customer support, they said there was nothing they could do. In other words, I should just eat what they send me instead of what I choose to order. Erasing app. I don't recommend it.

Asks for way too much personal information. And no, knowing all this stuff won't help them "Locate me faster" as they claimed in their reply. Try something less invasive, thanks.

Installed for the very first time and crashed. Check permissions and gave it the only one that needs. Restarted my phone and still crashes. Wiped out from my phone. Updated. It has improved big time

This company is charging an additional 10% on delivery orders, which is illegal to do in the Dominican Republic. After going through the ENTIRE sign up process and placing and order. Your get as message saying you must spend over a certain amount (aside from what they're ALREADY charging you to deliver your food) or they won't process your order otherwise. I'll call PuntoDelivery ANY day over this joke; they charge much less and are much more efficient.

horrible servicio... si se puede llamar servicio.... siempre hay un problema, todo llega tarde, los pilotos se paran por cualquier lado a hacer hora con tu comida en la mano, te toman la orden y el dinero y no te envían tu comida... en resumen, prometen un servicio que no pueden cumplir. Si pudiera, le diera 0 estrellas
