Installed the app since early October. And I gotta say I appreciate the recent releases. Especially the new Gift Card and Wallet! Moving forward I hope I could also us the app in our area in Cavite (Bacoor) as I can only order when I'm at the Metro. The pricing is also cheaper than Grab so Lala is my main go to app whenever I'm craving for Milk Tea. All in all, great app and certainly is on the right track. Keep up the good work! :)

This app has come a long way from how it was the first time I downloaded it. It's so much easier to navigate now and visually appealing. I especially love that you can go cashless now! The only thing that stopped me from giving this a 5 star is that not all merchants in my area have the cashless option and that there are still a lot of merchants not available in Marikina :(

I really love these apps from the beginning that I used as food delivery 😊 Orders were never delayed to them Always on time when they arrive and sometimes even earlier than the estimated time stated in the apps. I will tell my family that they use lalafood since I have experienced their good food services. If I give a rate to lalafood I will give 10 stars !! They also have good and efficient riders and costumer support who can respond quickly if you have any concerns. KUDDOS TO THEM!!!

The app is not informative enough. Topping-up my Lalafood wallet has been challenging as the OTP is delayed (please note that no problem on my signal provider) then only to find out that Lalafood wallet is not applicable to the store I'm ordering. I believe this is odd for App's own wallet/credit to be not applicable or accepted on the stores they are servicing. My experience using your app/service has been frustrating and disappointing.

It took so long for the food to arrived because you give my order to the rider that is not within the area. You confirm my order at 10:12 and food arrived at 11:40 already. The pick up location is just 5.8km from my house, terrible

the app is difficult to use especially when you're a new user, no guide and such. I topped up the MY WALLET thing in their app because I thought I can use it for cashless payment but no, it is for drivers only. And they haven't refund it.
