After buying Wingman, I tried and tried to make it work. Would not pair and when it did the results were all over the place. Sent the unit in and they returned saying nothing was wrong with the Wingman. Even went to the expense of a new android phone and still no luck. While on a golf trip, the pro told me to sign in using a Google account. Came home, did that and it paired immediately. What's wrong with the Bushnell techs. Pretty simple.

The app won't connect with my phone. It's running android 11. I was able to connect it with a friends phone that was running android 10 version. The app is very insightful but isn't doing me any good when it won't work with my current OS. My Bushnell device my be going back to the store. I currently own a number of Bushnell products and have had good luck. I'm very disappointed with this one.

The app is OK. It pairs to my excel watch no problem. It also has some nice features when on the course. But it could be so much better and feel that Bushnell could make these improvements without too much effort. For example, as others have said, the score card feature is hugely frustrating. I cannot work out how to add other players and all information about the round appears to be lost as soon as the round is finished. Please can this be fixed? Many thanks

the wingman speaker is awesome, the audio quality is amazing but the app is only ok. I don't hate it but I don't love it. It's easy to use, it's quick and accurate. Essentially it does everything you need in gps app without being loaded with features that you'll never use. Why 2 stars? The voice is obnoxious and you can't turn it off. Add a feature where you can turn the voice off and have it only talk when you want to (when you push the button on the remote) and it's a 5 star for sure.

"Error. Can't connect to your Bushnell device. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on the device." Bluetooth is enabled on the phone and my new Phantom. Obviously they can communicate, since trying to pair them makes the 6 digit password appear on the Phantom screen. But I get that error above when I enter the password.

Nothing but issues with Wingman. Exchanged 1st unit as remote would no longer pair after 3-4 uses. Returned 2nd unit and got money back as 2nd unit wouldn't update location (or hole) when phone in sleep mode (perhaps an app issue - I have an Android phone). Emailed Bushnell and got same answers if you googled the issue. Enough is enough.
