Terms and Conditions/Privacy policy is questionable. No method of deleting your data which is widely used for alternative purposes so expect unknown messages / spam. App is also buggy especially with image files. App is not as easy to use as it could have been (why for example have to reenter phone number manually every time?) Also requires Sms OTP which is yet another obstacle for me ease of use.

Service is working but not very reliable. Booked for KLIA airport as there was a 100% cashback offer which was reveived in the wallet. When the time came for the return journey, the app stopped working completely not allowing any bookings at all. Not recommended.

Terrible! The developers certainly didn't think about getting a sizeable driver base before launching this app. Every time I tried to book a ride, there are no drivers. Even in well-populated areas like KL Sentral!

I saw an ad for this app on the train and decided to give it a go. Not only does the destination not load, it also continuously says there's a server error. Please fix your app before advertising it to the public.

Nice concept but still got room for improvement, app is a bit slow and too many unnecessary loading of data frequently (why not cashed the data instead)

I can't even get through the loading screen, why even bother wasting time advertising publicly when your app doesn't even work?
