It was my first time using Kwik for my delivery runs across Lagos. I was unsure of the outcome, but I decided to yield and try the app. My experience was superb! I was a bit unwell yet I was able to manage both pick up and delivery from my bed! This app delivers as promised! And the riders or "Kwiksters" are great and well trained. SHOUT OUT TO SEUN AKANO who did the delivery. Although I applied the welcome discount, I was still charged the full amount. But I enjoyed the first tryout. I hope it continues like this and the company improve the performance going forward. Thank you.

If there was a zero star, I'll give d app. Very poor service the two times I used the app. The first time, the rider said he has to go to agege first before coming to Festac after picking my package at mushin. Second time, I placed an order at 9:15am and the rider didn't come till 11am. And Delivery was still over 2hrs. Extremely wack service. Kwik is just pure hype, zero service. I'm uninstalling right away.. Terrible!

Most dispatch companies gather parcels before heading to a location. Kwik is different. It's like Uber. You order and the closet rider accepts and it's just your parcel. I think it's for the upper class though and when you can't afford delays or stories about your delivery.

Very useless app. I never received the OTP on 2 different email addresses and phone numbers used, yet they sent me one nonsense email welcoming me to the app. Rubbish!

Signing up is a huge problem even after an hour I didn't get OTP to sign up and not even an email. I couldn't change the phone number too.

If you looking for fast pick up and delivery? I think you should try this guys. Order for pickup and got a call within 5 minutes. Pick up was done in 10 minutes. Great service
