Great app in terms of usefulness, BUT, it would be greatly improved IF: #1: it was possible to go back a step or two and make corrections to a search without the app taking users all the way back to the start of the process. #2: it were possible to save favorite trip searches. #3: all the available trains were shown, not just most of them. #4: HSR was searchable too, instead of just having a picture of it on the cover. #5: it was linked to a ticket booking service

Edit: The app suddenly changes to Chinese when you choose to see more information. You have to go back to the beginning and start over. It's a bit frustrating. Finally a real time information app that non Chinese speakers can use. A most helpful app when you're on the go.
