This app is the biggest piece of garbage I think I've ever used. You want to sign out of your account? The pop up asking you to confirm has no visible yes/no buttons. You want to use the calendar to buy a ticket for a game on a certain day? The app crashes. You want to use the student tickets menu to buy tickets for upcoming games? Every day days there's nothing on sale, according to the app. Password reset emails never send either. For the love of God, hire some competent developers.

The app is sketchy with tickets. I've claimed student tickets, the app had told me I claimed them, and they just disappear out of nowhere. Another time, I've had where one day, the app malfunctioned, and the option to claim student tickets was gone. I had to go through technical difficulties and have them fix the glitch. I almost lost my chance to claim the tickets from the pass I already paid for then too. The app is glitchy and sucks, especially when you have to claim tickets quickly as they have been selling out within a day of going live.

Love the fact of knowing I can listen to my Cats when I can't see them on TV especially because I now live in West Virginia. The stream runs a little slow at times causing the app to buffer and sometimes I have to restart the app to get the stream back, hence the 4 star rating.

Audio spotty at best. I just want to listen to the game!!! This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. I have tried for over a year and I give up. Uninstalling. Don't waste your time.

Love the app. Keeping up with the CATS while living in South Carolina is a challenge. I do have trouble hearing the live feed sometimes.
