From the first time I installed the app, uninstalled because it sucks, I cannot even login although I already use the correct username and password and tried to login more than ten times, and now installed again because I'm desperate to buy a ticket and cannot go to the station and don't have my laptop, the problem still persists. I don't know who's the idiot who programmed so that you can't buy ticket through your phone web browser while your app is s***ty af. I wish I can rate 0 star.

As usual, KTMB never failed to disappoint. Managed to use this app for only ONCE. I literally saved my username and password to ensure no issue in logging in, but hey, still wrong username and password. Click the 'forgot password' but no action. So have to walk to nearest KTM station to buy tiket. Seriously KTMB, it's 2020 already. What's with these nonsense? Where are the monies that people paid expensively for your service? Terrible.

This app really needs review. 1. Make it possible to enter birth date without having to scroll by months! 2. Allow people to go back without having painstakingly added details deleted. 3. The captcha series is a real pain as it is hard to know whether letters are upper or lower case. The online booking system is worse which is why I hoped the app would be better. It isn't. Really not user friendly at all.

What is wrong with the login & signup section in this app?? It doesn't allow me to register a new account although I tried with many different emails. I thought I had registered it before, so I click on the "Forgot password", but no! It shows there error!

No clue on how to purchase the tickets using this app when I can't even log into it even I typed in correct username and password. I can't even make the purchase using the webpage, and thus downloaded this app. Apparently, this app didn't work either.

Need to improve on purchase ticket. It should have option for one way or two way / return ticket because it is only allowed to buy one way ticket for once. Then the online payment I wonder why no option to pay by credit card? Have to login to online banking which is hassle for those who doesn't have online banking or forget their online banking password.
