About this app

Ever wonder if Mondays really are the worst? With log me you can log your days, similar to a high tech journal, and then over time view your logs in a graph and find correlations (maybe it's only every third Monday).

I've found this app has helped me discover more about myself and developed it to better understand, mitigate, and even control my mood swings. If I know a bad day is coming, I can prepare for it instead of just letting it happen and wrecking my day or week.

You can even log your injuries and see if doing all that PT actually helps!

Just choose your fields, and Log.Me will remind you (to any degree you wish) to log your day. Over time, you can become more acutely aware of your feelings and as you continue to log, can check out the logs on a comprehensive graph where you can find correlations between certain fields (if I have 2 coffees a day my mood is more consistent, if I have none I tend to be lethargic and sometimes depressed, while if I have more I can be anxious and get less sleep).

Quick tutorial:
Open the app
Select the menu icon
Select "edit fields" to change names of or add fields

The free version:
Up to 3 fields
Full graphing features
No alarms

Things to come:
Tutorial
Smoothed out settings and UI
Automatic correlation finder (to help find out what's going on)
Day planner (when you know a bad day is coming you can be prepared with mitigating measures)
