Extremely unresponsive if you don't let the app access your device's GPS. It will continually keep asking for permission in the background after you deny it all the time by checking "don't ask again". The app should NOT keep asking and drag the app's performance to the mud. Please fix this because this is an egregious bug affecting the app's performance.

Don't bother using the app to order more than an hour or so ahead of time, there's no point. They charge you right away, but they don't actually reserve your donuts or anything. So if the donuts (which you paid for hours ago) sell out before your pickup time, you're just out of luck!

The app is not recognizing my password and username. I could only see my account when logging in via website. The app shows my offers one day and the next their gone. I don't live close to a location so I would hate to travel to a Krispy Kreme and my offers are no longer there! Why can't you guys fix login issues

The app freezes more than it works. As soon as I open the app, the screen glitches. At least I can give my phone number at the register to earn points.

Donuts always state they are sold out and can't order them qnd if they are available they arrive well over an hour late and the stores never answer their phone and have a full voice-mail so you are forced to submit a ticket on the website which I have not gotten a response back nor refund.

Horrible app. Doesn't track purchases for rewards and becomes unresponsive regularly. I rarely review apps but this one's bad enough to warrant a review.
