I waited hours for my food, that never even left the restaurant. They then sent a message saying my order was cancelled. By that time the restaurant was closed. :| . Update: I tried it again and it was much better. Some restaurant prices are increased on app. And a takes a bit to arrive. But it came through.

Bad delivery time estimations, no notifications, no driver tracking, driver didnt seem to have read address instructions at all - long phone call to direct, no means to rate or give feedback about experience with food/delivery etc afterwards (food was not up to standard and missing usual sauce). Besides that, easy to order and pay through app. Very primitive food ordering app as far as they go, hopefully can improve over time.

Awesome customer service! Had an issue where my card was charged twice and order did not go through. Typed a message in the contact us section and within 5 mins I got a call. Within ten minutes my issue was rectified! The order was placed and steps to credit my card for the duplicate order was in motion!
