The app worked fine for me in English there was an issue with the final ticket loading but closing and reopening fixed it. I think it is decent but not the best.

It won't let me check the train fares for some reason :/ It just shows an error message.

I booked a ticket last week and then cancelled it yesterday as my plans changed. I still haven't received my refund. I tried calling the 1599 7777 number for English service. I have been calling them since yesterday. It keeps saying it's busy please calling back later. And still no response. No one answers the English helpline. Don't want to rely on a Korean friend all the time for these things. So can someone help me? Who should I contact?

DO NOT USE THE ENGLISH VERSION OF THIS APP. I purchased a ticket with this and it charged my card, but when I tried to view the ticket, it was just a white screen. I got an email confirming my purchase from them, but it didn't contain any info specific to the ticket like when you book on the website. I called their customer service and it was a nightmare. Just book it on the website or use the Korean version of the app. Can't change the ticket as stated on the app buttons either. Don't bother!

This app is difficult to navigate and not intuitive at all. Furthermore, unless you are Korean or a resident alien of Korea, good luck buying a ticket with this app. Frustrating. Wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to reserve a ticket with this app, only to find at the end of the process that I can't use my Korean credit card unless I have an Alien Registration number. Then I tried to reserve using foreign payment (whatever that is), and got an error message saying I need to call them instead. Tried to call and apparently their phone service is down during lunch hours.
