Key Features:
- Can be image reduced by selecting any target device (Image size after reduction). Settings for Smartphone, Featurephone, iPhone, etc, are provided by default. Can also add any new settings.

- Reduce the image uniformly (maintain the image's aspect ratio) so that both dimensions (width and height) of the image will be equal to or larger than the corresponding dimension of the target device (Image size after reduction). How to use:
