This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Outlite PRO CM13 Theme on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Would absolutely love to see this in substratum

Just not showing the right colour occasionally. For example, the blue/red themes still contain green elements. But great theme otherwise! (I did restart after applying the theme)

Beautifully designed but the gestures icon in settings of DU rom isn't themed.
