Poor disappointing product. It shows connected to my WI fi but will not connect to my Google nor will the app itself work. It tells me to turn it on and then wave my hand to turn it off and I should be able to use all the functions yet it won't let me, It's like it exists but doesn't exist... And by all the other reviews it truly is a pos, And all they do is come back and tell you to contact them to resolve bla bla bla but clearly that didn't solve everyone else issues

This app is horrible. It simply does not work. It disconnects itself from Alexa and works maybe 10% of the time. The phone app works fine but seriously who wants to take out their phone and use an app to fill a glass of water? The whole point of the purchase was the voice command - and it doesn't work. Additionally, it needs to be able to dispense in more varied quantities 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup, 2/3 cup...3 1/2 cups etc. This product is not helpful for cooking even when it does work.

I purchased a Setra Voice Faucet. I get to the final stage of the "add product wizard" but never adds the faucet to the app. I have tested it on 3 different Samsung Phones running Android 9 and Android 10. I see the faucet connecting to my router and my DHCP server is providing an IP. I am able to ping the IP address of the faucet just fine. Kohler Support sent me a replacement control box and it behaves exactly the same. It connects to the router just fine but the faucet never gets added.

Terrible, will not connect to do anything!! Can't set up Kohler Verdera Mirror. Speaker internet connection disables. Worthless app!!!

This app is horrible. You'd think you've heard it enough maybe you would fix it.
