I updated this app today and BOOM! IT STOPPED WORKING. The printer worked just fine up until I updated the firmware 10 minutes ago now it crashes the app and it won't print. Honestly I feel like I should have listened to the reviews and spent my 100$ on something that would actually work.

Is a great little printer. I use it daily for my gratitude journal. I would love to give it 5 stars, but a few times now I have had the app not identify my phone and just search forever to connect. Today it is working great. Tech support also gave me a way to bypass the app and send directly to the Smile to print. App is better to use if it would just consistently work.

I love it so far! one thing was it printed the same picture 3 times and I still dont understand why,but after that it's all good! I love having this printer and also to print my pictures from my phone gallery and able to make a album the way I want. sure I can buy a huge printer and all ...

I have tried contacting support with no response. My printer will not connect to my device. I used to be able to access it but now I can't. I have installed this app repeatedly with no changes, it even stopped working on my boyfriend's phone the after he successfully connected it the first time. I am very disappointed.
