Called them to service my AC and top up gas. Came 6 hours late! After service both AC died. Contacted them to come and check it. They said AC fan got issue, and other AC leaking. And when I asked why never told me during the service, either no answer, or say we forgot. Terrible service

They lost my Balmain bedsheet. Report to them , they say they will try to find. I text everyday for 2 weeks, they said if lost, will compensate in 1 month. Many months have past, totally ignore, totally dun reply. PLS DO NOT USE THEM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE. I USED THEM MANY TIMES, LINENS WILL COME BACK STAINED OR CRUMPLED, LIKE NEVER PRESSED. THE LOST LINEN IS MY LAST WITH THEM

The KnockKnock service used to be good. But now the delivery service is really bad. Several times they came late and not following the instructions given in the notes. They also did wrong delivery to a neighbor despite we already have a KnockKnock bag at door step. They really need to improve the delivery service. I'm now considering to stop using the service but I have $18 credit that I can't combine with other payment methods and lower than minimal free delivery and can't be refunded.

Used knockknock mainly for general laundry services which are reasonably priced for door step collection and delivery convenience. The payment methods available in the app are a bit backwards, with high processing fees unless you use Bank transfer. Knockknock delivery bag is useful, but the given 3 digit number lock are little deterrence to a simple mischief. The bag should be made with trolley wheels for easy transport.

I have been using this app for quite a few time and was happy with the service. Few months back I got a painting job and post control job done and it turned out to be a disaster. Paint is coming off the wall and I am fed up with the excuse given by the painter. Then I took the services of them and really pleased with them. Easy to book and excellent followup

this is quite a bad experience. scheduled at a pickup time. had been waiting at home but nobody came. status became reschedule. if you are a busy person this app is not advisable, there is no customer service in this app. they will ask you to contact their hotline number. after office hours the number is not contactable or reachable. system requested for reschedule all dates will be postphone and you need to rush back home after work for their schedule time. . no t&c shared. quite disappointed.
