You can save different timer patterns so you don't have to set it up each time. It shows you how much time is left in your work out. It's basic, it always works & it does exactly what I need.

Perfect... no sound... green timer for go, red timer for rest... can travel and use this anywhere! Highly recommend!

Will update to 4 stars when tabata option returns. 5 stars if can choose own sounds for start/finish rounds etc

This timer is required for HIIT / Tabata workouts. Set the working and rest time and go for a session !
