Useless service from klinicapp...i booked for home sample collection and nobody came to take samples only....they wasted my full day forcing me to ask for refund... and i am awaiting my refund....pathetic and unprofessional people operating klinicapp. I wanted to give zero stars however no option is available.

Simply great app for technicians, nice use of technology for home sample collection and geo navigation. automated calls from app to customer reduces technicians time and they can perform several other operations like cancel booking, reschedule, edit booking etc
