When a bus is missed out, the app needs to state SERVICE CANCELLED so customers can make alternative arrangements. Particularly important during a PANDEMIC as the next bus is usually full and sails right on by. SORT IT OUT!!!

This app is very poor and I would advice you not to download it since I always miss the bus when I use this app. Even this morning I missed my bus because of this app which said 2 minutes before the bus comes but when I got there, it was gone like 3 minutes.I even want to uninstall it.

Honestly I wouldn't even give it one star if I could, most useless app ever created. It basically lies to you saying the bus is due at one time, when in reality its about to go speeding past 20 minutes earlier utterly pathetic. Your f***ing useless buses have screwed me over everyday lately its pathetic

Bus times are fairly accurate, but the app doesn't tell you if a bus has been cancelled, late, etc. A good app to have on you though.

This app always changes timetables just as a bus is coming. It would be fine if it was a change for a bus coming 5 minutes late but it changes the WHOLE timetable at the last second. One time I was going to a 5 and 7 bus stop and just as the bus was 3 minutes away. All the 7s and 5s swapped so I was late.

Used this app daily for the past year and it was great, but now I can no longer get my local train station up which is the only reason I used the app so its a bit pointless to me now
