Great products but the app is terrible added items to my bag went to bag ready to checkout only to see my bag was empty...tried logging out didn't work either as I don't actually get logged out get as far as resetting password and just stays on that page..close the app and when I open again I'm logged in its a shame as I really like their products but this experience has been so frustrating

The doesn't work at all. It completely crashes when I open the list of products and click on an option. It really needs attention and bug fixing.

The app is not user friendly at all. The menus are incomplete and you need to enter half your details on kiko website (eg: address, wishlist, etc) and half on the app. The app uses different languages and currencies (I'm in Italy: some menus are in English, others in Italian and prices are in pounds). As it is now, the app does not have any sense.

I would give 0 stars if possible, because I have tried to register to earn kiko kisses, but then I have been hit with the stupid date of birth setting where you cannot type the year, month, day in, instead you have to flip the calendar back month by month! Fire your Web design team, they are rubbish. Uninstalled
