The only good thing about this app is that you can manually troubleshoot if you're having specific problems with your pool. I have an 8-ft wide above ground pool that is less than a 1000 gallons and it won't let you put anything in is less than a 1000 gallons. Stupid.Many people have smaller above ground pools. In addition, I use the Clorox test strips and the stupid app never recognizes the strips when I try to scan them outside in the natural sunlight or in the shade. Useless. So disappointed.

Useless app. First of all you have to create an account before it will let you do anything. In the process you have to set up a pool profile. First question is pool capacity. Minimum is 1000 gallons. I have a 500 gallon spa so I quit right there and uninstalled.

Bought a bottle of clorox test strips advertising the app, figured I'd check it out because it is sometimes tricky to see which color is closest on the strip. Launched the app and I need to create an account. You cannot even scan strips to read them without creating an account. Uninstalled the app. I will consider other manufacturers in the future.

Just flat does not work. I followed directions and always the same message -lost connectivity need to close and reopen. Have to scan within 15 seconds, with a new strip, so more profits for clorox.

I really like the concept of app and products but it keeps freezing so I can't test when I need to. I wish it would work then I'd give it a 5 stars Helpful if there's ability to stay logged in or see results on computer

Have to create an account to use the app. Okay understandable. Have to give my address, where I buy my products from, and what "products" i use (only from them) for my pool. Little steep. Withing 5 minutes of creating my account I have 10. TEN emails with offer, coupons, and recommendations for my pool. I just want to test my water with the strips.
