Utterly disappointing. It takes them forever to reply messages via the app. They do not respond to emails. If you require immediate assistance, you won't get any help as there is no call center. Even the messages via app will only be attended to during weekdays!! They will conveniently take the longest time to refund any money. Do not use this app.

Have had Fave for a while, but sometime in the last year using the search bar and selecting categories simply don't show any deals. Even the beauty deals (of which there are many on the front page) don't show up at all through those 2 methods. Makes it difficult to continue using the app since I can't find deals apart from the spotlighted ones.

Rubish app, lie consumer. 1. When i going to redeem voucher, seller suddenly change for the deal, I make appointment earlier , but they never tell earlier for any change deal. What I get is difference from what I buy. 2. Fave not help on consumer , I complain to fave but they only stand seller side. Even I can't review on the seller.

Fave needs to do itself a favour and allow logging in from multiple devices. This is a meaningless blocker that does not put user first. Users (esp in this day and age) can legitimately have more than one device. Fave would do well to acknowledge this reality.

After I manage to use whatever vouchers I have left, I am absolutely done with Fave for good. Even if you buy a voucher, it doesn't mean you will be able to use it, because the shop outlet may no longer accept favepay (shilifang) (wasting your time AND money AND leaving you with unused credit so you have to spend at another outlet again), or a salon may not even be accepting Fave vouchers at all (d'joi beauty) but it was still up on fave. It's a platform in decline if you pay attention.

I start loving fave now as it helps me saved alot! I made payment using fave at some restaurants and it automatically purchased the promotion voucher which i am not aware of. This is indeed a great app! Thankyou so much!
