On Android device loaded and setup acct quickly. Then the problem started...doing a pickup order the price is 25 to 45% higher on EVERYTHING!. This is NOT delivery, it pickup.... why $9 for the famous bowl? The store has it at $6 in drive through. Plus other thing are much higher.

I just downloaded this and uninstalled after running the app and finding out that it lists about 30% of the menu items the store actually has. According to the app, my local store doesn't even have chicken tenders... Which I know they do. What a waste of time. Just go to the store and order. Don't bother with this garbage.

App lists no specials, doesn't allow me to mix original and crispy in a single bucket,, and doesn't even list all bucket options (e.g., I have a coupon for a 10-piece bucket, but app doesn't offer that option). I don't even know if it would allow me to apply the coupon at checkout.

When your order gets sent to the wrong store, you can't just cancel the order, you have to call the store. God knows they NEVER answer the phone. My wife have to drive 20 miles just to get the food we ordered from the store three blocks from me!

The menu on the app is only a small fraction of what is actually available to order. Ot makes no sense. I should be able to order off the full menu from the app.. Otherwise 5 star.

Buggy changed address on payment no way to cancell. Was so glad the staff thought it was hilarious. Won't use again.
