It keeps changing my address to an address around the corner and no matter how much I try, I can't get it to stop selecting house #542, which isnt my house. The whole purpose of this app was to make things easier, how is this easier than a phone call? It takes longer, is more convoluted, and doesn't give me ANY confidence that my order has actually been placed, I still do not know if the store has my order, versus a 1 minute phone call.

The app is good, should have other options like a large biscuit special to add to bucket of chicken. I dislike that they add more leg and thigh to the large family orders. It's ridiculous. A chicken has more parts than that.

Nice. But never saves my correct address. When it says confirm location is give a different house number. So always got to go in and type it over. Ordering online is about the same time or most times even longer as I think they don't respond that quickly from my last few orders. Let's see how long it will take today... But hey, happy not to cook tonight and too tired to drive... So, all in all, thank you KFC!

I have used the app on a few occasions. The first time I paid via card and they never delivered. I had to physically go to the branch. The second time they never received my order even though I had the email confirmation. Not being able to choose the piece of chicken is also not appreciated. The positive - the convenience (supposedly).

Good app. But, should be able to select this type of pieces (breast, thigh, wing, leg) as well as combos e.g. (leg and thigh or breast and leg etc.)from the app. It's very annoying to order a Big BiteBox (Zinger) and get a thigh as the other piece of chicken. If I wanted a thigh I would by the Cruncher option.

Best app so far for ordering online. Kinda annoying how it mixes up my location but there's an option to edit. Plus when they call back i can clear it up so yea.... Mostly helpful for situations when i have no mobile credit so I Like
