Wow! It took me 1hr and 30mins to checkout on this app last night! And the worst thing is that you can't order in store because these are app deals and the staff probably know the least about the app navigation. No notification was sent by KFC of the issue so I'm not even sure if your technical team was aware. Was it too much traffic? What an inconvenience!

Nice app, good specials. No delivery in my area so I miss out on delivery only specials. Store should only prepare food once I CHECK IN and not before. Ice cream/ milkshake orders online should be synced with whether or not the store's ice cream machine is working. Its a schlepp especially if you've already paid via the app. So the app is really cool, I think my issues lie with the store and staff 😒

I had such a bad experience with this app. I ordered food, paid via my card but I never received the food. I advise people not pay before they receive their food.

The app kept telling me that there is no delivery in my area. When logging in banking details, it never took. So I have to constantly order the food, go to the store to pay and still wait anyway for my order to be prepared. Not helpful

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP I repeat, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. The worst app ever. I cannot express the dissatisfaction I have experienced ever since I downloaded it. I've ordered almost 10 times and of those I've only had 1 successful order delivered. DON'T GET HOOKED ON THE AMAZING SPECIALS, THEY COME WITH A HEADACHE. And head office will address your issue 5 days later. Use all other food deliver apps except KFC, it is poorly managed in all aspects!

Misleading marketing used to get you to install the app and provide your details. Once they have your details, the specials that were advertised no longer exist
