The Tracking doesn't work. Sent email to the team as requested no response. They don't deliver order on time when ordered via Talabat and when people order on their direct channel. They repeat the same bad customer service. Their application is so bad that their customer service agents too are tired of answering customer complaints.

Please check and update your application as there is no delivery in the Jeleeb area. I've seen the same complaint from many users since February, but it's unfortunate that you can't find a solution to the problem for your users even after three months.

Bad experience, for the second time to use on line order had a problem of order , first time sandwiches were burned and today one hour before I ordered 2 sandwiches from 4'th ring roud branch I got only one , I saw after I reached to salmiya, I don't know where is the quality control of reseiving or what don't know , my advice now KFC you have to count your fingers after him not as they are saying eat your fingers after

Not all sandwiches available inside the application I can not find the mighty zinger box which is available in the website and the krispy strips is not available inside the website and available in the application 😒
