The app was working perfectly I will give it 5 stars if it still works as it should be. But after 7 days of trying to log in and I couldn't because the OTP message never arrived to my Zain number, you deserve 0 Zero for not solving the problem. If you solved the problem then I will give 5 stars.

Edited.. Once again cold stale chicken not worth the money paid. The application keeps saying"your food is being freshly prepared" but only a fool would believe that obvious lie. Reducing the two stars to one star because there is no zero stars option. One star is too much because the truth is there is nothing "fresh" about KFC.

The app was easy to use and for order as well. But my husband had to wait for an hour outside the branch just to pick up the order where as right after placing the order I got a message that your order is ready for pick up. Kfc better need to improve their services huh..

Trouble some app does get get the job done but it needs to be fixed location wise specifically. The order menu must be updated based on what's available.

Tried kfc for the first time and had the Worst experience ever. Order food through this app, it took them more then 1 hour to deliver the food to one block away from the shop. Received the food all cold and waste, money spent wasn't the worth. Nor their help line was useful. Kfc sucks

Up to this day the location not fix yet. Always saying they dont deliver to this area. How we can order tru this app if the location doesnt work!
