Am using the application on an unused Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Have scanned the QR code on my active Android phone and connected it to my gate lock using the Keywe app. However, even with the Note 8 (the bridge) placed right next to the gate lock, on the KeyWe app it keeps saying "unable to connect to lock".

constant problems, no longer connects to the lock. every update screws it up and the one to fix it only lasts a few weeks before it loses connectivity again

What are the mobile phones that can download and use the keywe smart bridge app. IPhone fail and Samsung J1 failed too. Can you list the requirements of the mobile phone that can validate to converted into a wifi bridge as such.
