Horrible.If i could give this App - Negative stars it would get the infinity symbol. the virtual tour never worked. I applied for an apartment listed on this App. they waited over a week after countless attempts to get a response & then they tell me 2 times that they no longer list for this apartment but in fact they relisted the apartment at a higher price. Lies, Unprofessional Behavior and in this pandemic you choose to treat other human being with such disrespect & disgust shame on you.

Stay Away!!! Many of their listings are not actually available. Some of them could be off market because someone had paid the 500$ good faith deposit but they do not remove the listing from their website. However, they show you the apartment and ask you to apply and pay the 20$ fee. I was interested in an apartment, I applied and they never informed me that someone else had already applied and signed the lease . This happened twice.They are totally dishonest and unreliable!

The app itself works reasonably well - I was able to coordinate meeting up with scouts to view the apartment and pick up my keys through the app, as well as apply immediately for my new apartment in Brooklyn. I can also now pay my rent through the app and you can access support through the app easily. The app is a little glitchy and there were some things I needed to upload on a desktop for my application, but overall it works fine. Other aspects of Keyo leave things to be desired: the scouts themselves don't know anything about the apartment(s) you are viewing, the person I was picking up my keys from didn't know they were supposed to give me the keys, and communication overall between landlord, keyo, and super seems completely absent.

The Keyo app has made the hassle of paying rent much simpler and quick. The app eliminates the emails and messages to the landlord and provides a reliable method of communication. Not only is it easy to use but allows you to increase your credit score with on time payments. It also allows you to communicate when there is an issue with the apartment or any repairs that need to be done.

This app and company is very modern in its execution and structure. This works well for someone like me who is looking for an easier way to communicate with realtors and get things done. The application process was pretty simple once u get past the point of being sure your documents are attached. However, even at 11pm someone responded via chat to help with giving some direction on how to make sure my documents were there. Overrall, pleasant experience.

This app is easy to navigate and use. It was super easy to attach my documents and submit an application. I especially loved the ability to have a link sent to my email so that I could upload specific documents from my computer. I was easily able to get a chat person to answer any questions I had. I definitely recommend.
