doesn't work, constant errors even after imputing the code and email you're left with countless hoops to jump through. it's a very annoying and frustrating way to rent your house for the renter. I suggest having a lock box or safe with a rotating code to leave the key for people to checkin normally or just meet them at the property.....app is a waste of time and has caused me to lose interest in renting from people who use this platform. in the future I'll refuse to try third party apps

Have been an avid user of this platform since it first launched in NYC. I cannot recommend it enough. Customer service is wonderful. And the convenience this service provides is unparalleled. I would invest in this company of they were public. I've probably reccomended this to ten friends already. Keep up the great work! This is a real review btw. As in, I'm not a bot.

Each time I open the app it gives "error, unauthorized". I would have to clear app data and re-enter a verification code.

The app does not work in the setup phase. I was able to input the code provided me by the key owner to get the keys. I just wished I was able to use the app in the normal way.

The app will not load. Installed and uninstalled. Restarted. Never loads. Absolutely worthless.
