I made an account. That had it's own complications, but whatever. When I finally get signed in, I'm greeted by an error and half a GUI that isn't responsive. Actually, let me try something real quick... Nope. It's totally broken on my Pixel 3.

This app is unusable. It always returns an error code. You can't even register your account. Designed badly.

I downloaded the app and registered back in January when I received all my info in the mail, as the mailed information suggested. I had to do a factory reset on my phone and redownload the app recently. I've constantly tried to re-register because it said my email was invalid whenever I clicked forgot username. Now it just tells me invalid every time I try to finish re-registering. Idk what else to do and I'm extremely frustrated with this app when its SUPPOSED to make my insurance/life easier.

I love this app! I use it to easily pull up my benefit ID card at the pharmacy and quickly check status of my claims. Lots of other features but that is what I use most. I like having all my benefit info in one place.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! Worthless, junk app, PLEASE READ before entering your personal info!! You enter all your personal information, finally get to the agree screen and like everyone else says there's an error. It seems like a scam. That's why the ratings are so low. Don't believe them when they say it's fixed, it's NOT. Thought my luck would be better than the other victims, but no.

every time I log in to look at benefits it sends me back to the app store. also I don't like how it doesn't save user info or it doesn't allow me to use biometric signin. this app is horrible.
