We are working with more than 15,000 farmers in and around Gaya. We are one of the largest producers of onion, mushroom, babycorn, Kadaknath chicken, raw moringa honey, moringa powder and many other value added products which are locally produced in and around Gaya. We provide 360-degree solutions; from crop planning to ensured market linkage in agriculture. Our core area is linking agriculture to market by reducing drudgery, enhancing produce, increasing profitability, and eliminating risks.

SumArth and Tekari Agro Producer Company Pvt Ltd are based on a holistic model that provides an end to end support to farmers. They empower farmers throughout the process by building capacity on agriculture know-how, handholding during the cultivation and harvesting process. This is done through the provision of agricultural inputs and ensuring market access, guaranteed buy-back and fair price. They address the agriculture associated risks in the following ways:
• Market assessment: It focuses on studying the market situation of crops in terms of geo-specific quality, quantity, and demand. This helps in post-harvest marketing of products, ensuring maximum gains.
• Knowledge decentralisation: Training sessions are organised to change the traditional agri-practices by bringing in behaviour change. Classroom training on Package of Practices (PoP) and on-field demonstration along with exposure visits help in building the capacities and adoption of better practices by farmers.
• On-farm visits: Organisation staff periodically visits farms for better crop health management. This approach ensures right practices on right time and helps in risk mitigation. Alternatively, organisation also leverages existing technology solutions like WhatsApp etc. for farmers to share live pictures from field and then provide a suitable solution.
• Ensured market linkage: Ensuring that the beneficiaries get the best market price through pre-planning of forward market linkage. It includes guaranteed buy-back of the produce by SumArth, process and sell it further to the identified customers/channels that would ensure higher returns.
