When I apply the theme system UI stop work even after restart the phone happens again, Quick settings doesnt work too, pls fix this cause I liked very much

I like all your themes but the problem is when i install it and apply it only few icons in the status bar change and the system ui is unchanged.(meaning default ui). How to resolve this? do i require root to resolve this issue?
