Terrible app, Horrible Hospital Staff. Tried booking an online consultation, it wasn't displaying the option to book a new appointment. Instead noticed and clicked "Make an appointment". 2 days later I learned from a rude staff, that the option I clicked was for in-person appointment. There's nothing indicating the same while booking. P. S.:This hospital's staff is most likely going to leave you with a bad mood. Doctors might be good. Can't deal with the staff, though. Avoid the Hospital.

Very bad app. Can't do it on the laptop. No information about the wait or cancellation once you log in. Only one person can log in. So no family members can be on for consultation..and hospital customer care is always busy. You keep holding for 10-15 mins & finally give up. So you're totally in the dark.

The video calling feature is not very good. My phone was ringing but i did not get a button to accept the call. But perhaps it may be a notifications setting on my phone. I like the health tips... Those are great.

App is not userfriendly and getting hanged while uploading document. Receving call takes more time. Several time getting disconnected. Previously skype use was very efficient.

It never works properly always get stuck/hang or glitch video, unable to upload reports or message on call, then you will get disconnected or unable to hear sound, even the video quality is not good .
