Couldn't set up thermostat on Android 10 (Pixel 2XL) but my old Android 9 phone (LG G5) set it up fine. Also the app lets you register with a longer username than it will let you login and the ID is your Username, I set it to "House" thinking it was the ID of the boiler and then couldn't login as it had assigned to someone else's account. If you repeat the thermostat off and hold the OK button you can reset it and try again however.

Worked for a few weeks but now it simply will not do anything. Says signal isn't strong enough from router....... minimum 20mbps from the dedicated booster 5ft from the controller apparently isnt enough. Gets 2 stars because when it did work it was pretty good. Not worth the effort though

Good boiler, rubbish app. Registration failed several times before I realised it doesn't like long passwords. Scheduling is very basic, only hour blocks and no way to set per day or even week/weekend Some reviews mention connectivity issues but I've not experienced any so far

Very basic control. Only 24hr program not 7 day week. So have to manually change for the weekend. For a world leader in boiler tech, they are woeful in phone app tech. Latest update allows timezone by the looks yet randomly makes that up if when you select. Boiler out with clock / time zone so have to select GMT even though we are GMT +1. Very poor. Dropped another star. At 1 star already and can't put zero! New WiFi router so trying to set up and says successful but doesn't connect. Terrible.

Useless. Only a single 24 hour on/off cycle with 1 hour time periods No function for setting different cycles for different days of the week. The app and the WiFi controller it controls are a complete waste of time They both let down a very good boiler

Poor range of features. You can only set when the heat is on or off, and only at one temperature level. Not enough automation
