I haven't ordered supplies yet using the app but I had a battery critical alarm that I was expecting to see the alarm somewhere in the app. I was wrong. I'm not sure that all the personal information needed to set up this app is worth it's usefullness.

cannot order the supplies you need, just allowed to order the same supplies from most recent order.

I couldn't place an order, the app told me to call KCI which for 2 days I've either been on hold or never got a call back. All I wanted is black foam for. Finally called the wound clinic and asked them to order a box of black foam. Entirely user unfriendly, both this app and phone calls.

Great concept. Text cannot be resized. Cannot sign in, after creating account because of unadjustable text size. Also, no desktop access to app functions (sign-in, check supplies, etc.) Makes the app much more of an annoyance than a convenience. Please fix.

Im posting mostly in regard to previous posters.This is a wonderful tool to assist you you being proactive in your wound care. "Red",you may not understand how apps work. Without your info, they would just be receiving random information with no baseline.You have more chance of serious wound infection than ppl using your info for nefarious reasons. Your only hurting yourself. "Effie", I think you just have to adjust your settings.Find someone to help, family, doctor, neighbor, most any kid..
