Introducing “Holidays Countdown”.

The first and only app that shows an automatic countdown to all US holidays and important dates. Christmas countdown, you bet. New Year's countdown, absolutely. Yes, Black Friday countdown is an important as any.

Instead of using one app for countdown to Christmas and another app to see how many days are left until New Year’s Day and another app to count down to Independence Day (the date – not the movie) and another app as a countdown to… well.. You get the picture…Check out this amazing app that has it all. The list of holidays is configurable.
Choose the ones that are important to you. The app come pre-configured to include over 20 holidays and important dates you can count down to (see complete list of holidays below).

Each and every holiday has a different colorful background that was carefully selected for the date. For example, when the next holiday is Christmas, the countdown will show the number of days left until Christmas over a background of a cheerful Christmas tree. When Christmas is over, the app will automatically switch to count down to New Year’s Day over a firework’y background.

You want to see how many days are left to the next holiday without opening the app? No problemo. We have a state of the art count down widget. The widget will show the number of days left until the next holiday over a snippet of the holiday’s background. You can also see a list of 5 next holidays as a widget!

What about that “Workdays only” feature you ask? A great question. The app can show you a countdown to each of the holidays in a “workday only” mode. Meaning, it will only count weekdays, Monday to Friday and exclude the US Federal holidays. Please note, some people have different work days than others, so the result might vary than actual.
