i have booked ticket through this app. before elections they have cancelled the sevice and informed me just one day before. i had to rebook with almost double price with another service. The pain point is even after 20 days they have not refunded my amount. They are not reaponsive and not attending my call. You are losing the trust and i never recommend your travels to any one.

app is not working. i had booked my ticket from bangalore to Hyderabad on 31march 2019. I got confirmation message also. but i did mot get bus number message. when i reached the location and enquired from other kaveri bus staff about my bus details. i shocked to hear that bus was cancelled and there was no information passed to me. and till that time in the application it was showing as my trip. when i tries to reach the ph no given in the ticket. there was no response. i do kot know what to do.

Booked ticket on app. Money debited but ticket not booked. Money not refunded yet, more than 2 weeks now. No response to mails. Customer care keeps saying they will look into issue but no progress. Very disappointed with service.

Best app . Even we will get 10% as a discount in kaveri app without login credentials But past 5 days i am unable to find bus services in kaveri app. Even goibibo is worst just they want to loot our valuable money. Abhibus,Redbus,Amazon best bus service providers . But Goibibo is worst in all those aspects .
