Very easy to use, log in & it'll show ur upcoming appt for that day and then u just wait until it's lk 15-30 min b4 start, click on it & just wait & ur Dr will eventually log on & then I'll be able to do the FaceTime Dr visit! Super easy!!

FIX THESE & PLAY STORE LINK ROUTE~IT'S 2020 NOT 1980~~~ The app is easy enough to use, much easier than the Hospitals Appt app & other Appt apps What is EXTREMELY IRRITATING... ●when confirming or validating anything else through a LINK- instead of OPENING MY APP it routes me through Google Play & wants Me to Open the App from there ●Logging in & waiting in the "Waiting Room" for my Dr The System WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO JOIN MY APPT & WAIT until the EXACT TIME of my APPT!! Which is RIDICULOUS!!

Personally I am in different, the site has worked for appointments. Some issues I have had is that it's a very limited app in that communication is only available for appointments... Not much else. I saw a few people concerned about the card info needed and I agree it's misleading. (I was not billed personally, only my insurance and also i used a prepaid card so I wouldn't have to worry about retroactive charges and such.) all in all it is pretty basic and limited, but I suppose it is sufficien.

The app takes like a full minute to load a new page, which is pretty unimpressive in 2020. In order to put the birthdate in for my insurance, I would have to hit the "back one month" button around 700 times to get to the correct year. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY to enter the birth date, not even just typing it in. I'm not going to do that and I'm certainly not going to provide my credit card information to such an unpolished and sketchy app. Absolutely no thank you. This app is bad.
