About this app

Il était une fois une retoucheuse de vêtements qui tenait son magasin depuis 15 ans. Elle du renoncer à sa profession et fermer boutique en raison d’un problème de santé dont elle fut opérée et qui l’empêchait désormais de satisfaire tous les clients qui lui confiaient leurs vêtements.

Tout naturellement, elle eut l’idée de faire de sa passion de toujours son métier : la cuisine ! Elle était connue auprès des siens pour ses talents de cordon bleu qui ravissent toutes les papilles. Elle a en effet à de nombreuses occasions régalé sa famille et ses hôtes en leur faisant découvrir des plats de tous horizons : cuisine orientale, occidentales, salées ou sucrées.

Elle se lance alors à l’aventure avec sa fille et créé son salon de thé et propose ses services de traiteur oriental. Sa passion la pousse à proposer uniquement des produits faits maison tous aussi exquis les uns que les autres. Elle propose à ses hôtes un voyage gustatif salé et sucré, avec le couscous dans lequel elle met sa touche personnelle et qui fait toute la différence. Vous pourrez aussi déguster des tagines orientaux, de savoureuses pâtisseries orientales comme le baklawa, le kelb el ouz (ou coeur d'amande) et de nombreuses autres.

Couscous, bricks, pastillas, galettes, beignets et nombreuses spécialités vous sont proposées pour assouvir vos envies exotiques.
