I still wish there was at least a limited history you could view along with a little more freedom with the alerts without paying.. but I understand the system cost money and a one-time fee probably won't keep the company in business. If you only want to use this for real-time monitoring it's great and and although I wish you could still purchase them in the store at Walmart, the price online isn't bad. Not thrilled with the ad at the bottom of the app. I've seen worse though.

App has ads on it now 🙄. Fully downgraded itself to a 1-☆ app, if that. Issues: Activity alert videos take forever or don't load. Motion detected (and other) notifications don't come through until you manually open the app. Sensors constantly disconnect for no reason. Under various sensitivity settings, the motion sensors still detect movement with only lights/shadows of cars passing outside even with closed blinds but cannot detect a balloon moving in front of the camera 3/5 times. Stay away.

The worst app and customer service Ive ever dealt with. Even if you buy their best video doorbell, it never works properly and forget trying to use the 2-way talk feature through the app. The ONLY good part is it catches good quality video when it does catch video. Also, if you buy their equipment and move or need new application stickers... forget it. They will literally tell you to go out and buy and cut your own 3M stickers instead of sending the the fitted ones that come with the devices

The worst doorbell camera ever. I live on a busy street. Notifications going off every 2 seconds. I originally bought 2 cameras and one didn't work. They sent me a new one. My batteries used to last for a week but now 2 days and the pictures were not showing up. When I called to cancel they tried to blame the battery usage on too much activity. I haven't moved. The first camera worked. Instead of trying to make it right they blame the customer. Cheap cameras, cheap usage. Waste of money.

Did you all just quit trying to make this app efficient? Ensuring it provides the very service it was created for?! I did an initial review in 2019 & 4 years later I'm downgrading my review to 1 star...0 if I could! I moved & reconfigured the sensor for it's new set up & now we no longer get notifications with the device is "Armed". We use to notifications within seconds, then after about a month - a few mins later...now nothing. I've reinstalled app, cleared cache/cookies, & nothing!

Great cheap cameras. I have owned the doorbell and the outdoor/indoor camera. I like the cameras but the app lacks work. It crashes and support is hard to get a hold of. They integrated ads now which I don't enjoy. They also added a retrigger time to the motion recording so it doesn't record everything. With some TLC it could be 5 stars
