I have tried for 3 days to request a delivery and the submit screen just spins. I sent an email and a submitted help through the website and no one has contacted me. I hate to write a bad review, but it's not a usable app.

The SERVICE is wonderful - the APP is CRAP! I was unable to create a profile or enter my billing info on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I finally gave up and did it all via the website (and that wasn't easy to figure out, either). After I completed a profile and started a delivery on my computer, I was able to log into the app, and it worked fine. I asked my neighbors on NextDoor whether any of them had used Kanga, and several had given up after similar issues. Once I played around and dedicated WAY too much time doing it, the actually pick up and delivery of a second-hand couch was fantastic. Driver Mark was lovely, and strong!
