Cannot delete older imported images, it suggests a new update but it isn't available on play store. Had to uninstall the app, reinstall app then it requests update. Be warned you will lose your album's contents. Back them up first.

Can not view anything in VR. Worked about 8 months ago on samsung s10 plus but downloaded on s21 ultra and option is no longer there. Any recommendations???

the company is ruining its reputation in North American market by not attending to this app and fixing some basic functionality such as exporting video without cutting off sound. other issues OTG connection no longer works on Android phones. please spend $5,000 hire a technical writer to have proper user manual. there's zero information online about anything.

It's a pretty good app even though it has alot self promotion in it for me to take it seriously. As an example, it won't work on Android tablets(the ones I use at least). I haven't tried my Ipad yet but at this stage (you have multiple cams with multiple apps) it should be a given for android tablet support.

The early release did not work well. I switched to an old Apple phone to utilize. Update August 2020....much better now. For the last three month the Android app has worked very well. The wireless link is touch and go but that may be equally the fault of the phone. Using USB C to C is now seamless.

I was having trouble connecting to the camera, but I finally found instructions on the Kandao website to tweak some settings. Would be nice if they were in-app. Otherwise, great app. It's an awesome tool, and the app has advanced very quickly and well
